Kara: Kara teaches third grade in the lower school. She has been teaching at St. Paul’s School since 2011 and has over 15 years of teaching experience. She taught in Baltimore County as a reading specialist for grades K-5, in Howard County as a Reading Recovery teacher and a 1st grade teacher, and in Texas as a 3rd grade teacher. Kara received a B.S. in elementary education from Baylor University and a M.S. in reading from The Johns Hopkins University. Outside of school, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys running, reading, cooking, and traveling.
